About

This blog was created to replace a Facebook page we have had for several years. The page had been hacked several times, pages were cloned, and content added that we did not approve of.

Workamping.blog was the result of wanting to deal with only people that had a true interest in “work camping;” being paid to enjoy camping and pay the bills!!!  Workamping is very flexible and you can tailor it to meet your needs in most cases if you know WHAT you want!  Where you want to visit, work, and or play!

My wife and I have been enjoying the RVing Workamping lifestyle now for five years.  Just the two of us and our 12 year old cat, “Tiki”.  We have journeyed to WA, CA, AZ, NV, UT, ID, and OR.  Our base has been Oregon for 25 years and we have retained it as our “home base” or “domicile” state.  We started out in a Damon Intruder 35′ Class A and upgraded to a 2005 Newmar Kountry Star 37′ Class A.

We LOVE workamping and I am here as a RVing Lifestyle Ambassador to help you make the transition from a “Dreamer” to a “Workamper” by answering questions and assisting you with information, and training opportunities.

Welcome aboard as we “work our way across the USA one job at a time!”
